Hello, I have been trying to provide the upload file to my newly created product, and I continue to receive the message "Problem initiating upload request."
I have tested this with every type of file.. (.pdf, .jpg, etc) and nothing uploads. I even disabled my anti-virus, still no success.
What is going on here? Are the e-junkie servers down? I just want to upload my file, please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.
