I have noticed in last month or so, I have not been getting a copy of the customer's email with link etc.. (Yes, I have contacted support but got the standard "Check Your Spam folder" - I work in IT and that's the standard response along with have you tried restarting your computer?) I am fairly sure the email copies would not suddenly decide to go into a Spam folder -if they hadn't done so before, unless an update or software change designated as such. The only "change" I have made recently was to enable the New "You Had A Sale" notification. This seemed to correspond with the emails not showing up anymore. I'm not sure there is a connection. I wasn't too concerned but just received an email from a customer telling me she placed an order a few weeks ago and never received anything. Now I am concerned because it seems the customer is NOT getting the email either. For those who don't wait for the redirect, it's nice to have a follow-up email going to them - but it seems that is not happening either. To test, I disabled the New You Had A Sale to see if anything changes. If the issue is on my end, I'm sorry. I've checked everywhere. Has anyone else had this issue?
