I am having difficulty with my newest e-book. When someone purchases the book, they don't receive a confirmation email, no do I....therefore, they are unable to download the book...



Don't think I have done anything different, but don't know what to do to resolve the issue...appreciate any help!

It appears your current settings are not disabling thank-you emails, so each buyer should indeed receive one copy of your Common Thank-you Email (which contains a link to the consolidated thank-you/download page for all items in their order), plus a separate thank-you email for each digital item in their order (which contain a link to the thank-you/download page for just that item). Your copy would be via Cc: on the very same message we send to the buyer.



Your E-junkie Transaction Log also shows download attempts have been made for all orders in at least the past 30 days, although any of those attempts may have been made immediately following checkout, rather than waiting for any thank-you email to arrive.



We can ask Development to investigate and at least confirm whether the receiving mailserver accepted the thank-you emails we sent for a given Transaction ID. What happened to the messages after that point would of course be out of our hands to research or influence. Just email any affected Transaction IDs to our Support team:
