I tried to create a template for an email invoice in e-junkie and everything is ok, except that I am Italian and here the laws require sequential numbers on invoices produced during a year.

So, I think the only solution would be to have an external software doing invoices for me, do you know a good cheap solution?

Use Zapier along with another invoice-creation service that they sync with.

Zapier is a free service non-coders like me can use to 'push' data from one service to another online, using APIs. I'm using their "webhooks" service to grab my Post data from orders and send to the different fulfillment providers I use for different products. It's a good option if you don't want to pay a developer to make a custom script for you to receive your data, and it syncs with a lot of easy things like Google Docs, mailchimp, and all the common online accounting and biz apps.

Here's the link: http://zpr.io/Z93. [Full disclosure: I don't make any money from sharing this link, but it does add additional 'zaps' (data transfers) to my account if you sign up through it. So check it out and perhaps you'll find it useful.]

Thank you for the answer, I didnt't know Zapier and it seems really interesting.

Would you please give me some more detail about how you use it with e-junkie?

I am also a developer, but I am searching for solutions that can spare my time.

I'd like to integrate with the basic e-junkie add to cart button.

PS the link you gave me didn't work, since you included the dot in the anchor

Oops. Delete the period and the link works.

I use their webhooks (2https://zapier.com/zapbook/webhook/2) to pull in e-junkie data to their url and send it to a gmail message which then gets automatically sent. But you can send it to any service that they connect to.

A unique Invoice ID and Transaction ID are generated automatically for every sale, but these would not be sequentially numbered.

You can use our custom/third-party Integration method to have us POST the data for each order to the URL of a script that you can program to do whatever you wish, such as saving it to a database record along with a custom sequential invoice number you'd generate:

You should try http://fetchflow.com1. They offer full featured invoicing solution for free. It is OS independent as it is web based. You can create Unlimited PDF [Adobe PDF] branded invoices, estimates & PO's. There are many cool features like paypal integrated invoice payments,MS-Excel template based invoicing,Integrated stock & catalog invoicing etc.And many useful add-on,s are also available.

Thanks for the suggestion, but from their site I can't understad if I can do what I need.

In Kashflow, which I discovered a week ago, I can automatically import Paypal transactions and then select a bunch of them and generate invoices.

Is it possible through fetchflow?
