Today one of our client email us that the link he got getting expired although it should be dead after 48 hours, the limit that i set. At first I thought it happened due to payment issue but when i went through my seller info then I found that:

Your seller account is currently ENABLED.

You have added 4 item(s), taking up 6.47 MB in total.

Your last payment of $5.00 was received on August 12, 2011.

Your next payment of $5.00 is due on September 12, 2011.



Dear admin and moderators ,please look after my account and solve my problem.

Each download link we issue to buyers will allow a maximum number of Attempts within a maximum number of Hours after the link has been issued. You would define these limits in the product's settings. Whichever limit is reached first will expire the link, even if the other limit has not yet been met.



If you leave a product's Hours setting blank (or 0, same effect), a link issued for that product would only expire after all Attempts you allow for it have been used; however, it is NOT possible to delete the Attempts setting and allow unlimited downloads within the span of Hours you allow. You can allow up to a maximum of 9 Attempts per link, regardless of the Hours setting.
