I had a problem where buyers were not receiving my e-junkie emails containing the passwords to register my products. I went to test the email system by sending a free link / email to myself but on the relevant page my current products were not listed in the dropdown menu to choose a product. I created a new test product and that one was listed.



How do I make my products appear in that menu in seller admin? And has there been a problem with the email system lately?

There has not been any changes or problems with our e-mail system recently.



I did check your account and your products and none of your products are setup to use our Send Stored Codes, Send Generated Codes or Single File Download features. Since none of these features are enabled our system would not list the products in the Send Free Download Link/Code section of our Seller Admin.



If your buyers are not receiving e-mails from our system, then you will want to go to Seller Admin>View/Download Transaction Log. Are the recent transactions there? If not, then you will want to start by looking at this page:
