Hello,



I have products ready to ship and an employer ready to kill. Every time anyone attempts to purchase any of my products, our servers get 2 or 3 identical emails from e-Junkie and ship 2 to 3 times what we are paid for.



Any help that you can give, particularly soon, will be greatly appreciated.

It appears we have already responded to your email, but in case anyone else with a similar issue happens to be reading along here, the problem was caused by using both a Common Notification URL and product-specific Payment Variable Information URLs, so the order data was being sent to you once for every full order (Common URL) and again for each individual product in the order (Pmt. Var. Info URLs); simply disabling the "Send transaction data to a URL" option in each product's settings should solve this.
