I'm wondering if it is normal that a customer receives 2 emails from e-junkie after purchase, or have I messed up?



Email #1 contains the download link



Email #2 has the invoice Id & an orders detail link.



Also, both the download link and the orders detail link bring them to the download page. I wouldn't think the orders detail link would bring them to the download.



I guess I'm wondering why two emails, if they are actually linking to the same thing.

The first e-mail, is an e-mail that will be automatically sent out by our system when someone purchase a digital product, to provide them a link to the thank you page, if they did not go directly to the thank you page from the payment processor they used to checkout.



The second e-mail is the common thank you e-mail that is setup in your Account Preferences. To view and edit this e-mail you can go to Seller Admin>Edit Account Preferences.
