Is there a way to set up multiple businesses under the same e-junkie account or do I need to set up different e-junke accounts for each business?

If the only difference is in the website addresses where you want to paste the button code, then you can work with a single E-junkie account. However if you want to use different settings in the profile (name, email, paypal account etc.), then you'll need separate E-junkie accounts.
