You can list products from a single E-junkie account on as many different domains, sites and pages as you wish, but they will share all the same Admin settings for that E-junkie account, including your Display Name and Email as well as your PayPal Email or other payment processor settings that determine where your buyer payments go.
Also, all products in the same E-junkie account would be part of the same affiliate program, if you choose to set one up. Regardless of whether buyers follow an affiliate's common hop link or a product-specific hop link for your affiliate program, that sets a referral cookie in the buyers browser that lasts for 6 months, so any of your products (with an affiliate share enabled) that buyer purchases from you during the lifespan of that cookie would earn the referring affiliate a commission.
The only way to offer an affiliate commission on just one sale of just one product would be to use the product-specific Direct Link method, where the affiliate gets a Buy Now button to sell your product directly from the affiliate's own site rather than referring buyers to your site. The buyer would still actually be ordering from you and paying you in full directly, and the affiliate only earns a commission on each individual sale made via their Direct Link purchase buttons.
