Can I have more than 6 variants for my product? I'll need up to about 20 for the product I'm selling. Is this possible? And can input option fields be added?

You can have as many variants as you want. However, the number of "options" for each product are limited to 6 . Only 3 of those can have individual price and stock and they have to be dropdowns. The other 3, can either be dropdowns or text input fields.
