Recently I came across an E-Junkie user that has some other types of buttons.
I was wondering did he just do these himself or do you guys offer the psd or image files so something could edit them?

From looking at the page you included in your post, they seem to be using our default button codes.
If you want, you can edit the image portion of the button code to make it look different:
