Some of our clients are telling us that the State field on our forms are not working. They forward us their receipts, and their state is defaulting to AL. It is not affecting anything on our end, as we do not ship any products, but it is concerning for the clients, who are contacting us to make sure it's not a problem and that their payment is going through. Any ideas why this is happening and how we can fix it?

Do you mean the field on the checkout page, or somewhere else on your site? What service are you using to accept payments?
