Message: API username is not valid

I'm trying to configure my shopping cart with your API. I go through the instructions you have for PayPal Pro (I'm using PayPal Sandbox to do testing)



I put in your API username. PayPal says your API username isn't valid. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Make sure you are not using a Sandbox account.
