When I test click the buy now button on my web page I get a message that "The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details."
In your PayPal account > Profile > Website Payment Preferences, please set "block unencrypted payments" to off.
