I got this as well. I don't know what MailChimp has to do with anything. I don't use Mailchimp in my cart system. It has been running smoothluy for years . I believe there is some type of hack attack going on

So you aren't signing up mailchimp subscribers? But you are getting the same message?

The common notification URL that was saved on my e-junkie account was slightly different than the one currently shown on the mailchimp account > extras > integrations > e-junkie page. I updated it, but I'm not sure if that will fix the problem.



However it does seem like customers are successfully being added to the list, despite the "server not notified" emails that have distributed.



@BeingWater, I don't imagine it's an attack. Can you copy what your "server not notified" email looks like?

Is there somebody else that's working with your website or marketing stuff with access to your e-junkie account? list-manage.com is certainly owned by mailchimp, and that link is a common notification URL to the "beingwater" mailchimp account.



Do you guys have an email list? Email newsletters or anything?

Our development team took a look into this problem and whatever the cause is, it is on MailChimp's end. For some reason their system is not responding to ours when we are sending order data to them after checkout is complete, which creates the error in our system which we then contact our users about. At this time we need to wait for MailChimp to repair the issue in their system.

Do you have an email list, or newsletter?

BeingWater, if you are not using MailChimp, you should remove any MailChimp integration URLs you may have set up in the past. It appears you have this entered in your E-junkie Seller Admin > Account Preferences > Common Notification URL field.



We've received numerous reports in the past week indicating some sort of glitch with E-junkie integration at MailChimp's end; we've brought that to their attention to sort out, so it may not work until they actually do so.

As it turns out, these errors may be related to a hacker attack after all, but not against us nor any of our sellers.



We've now heard back from MailChimp, who informed us that last week they were fending off a DDoS attack against their servers -- i.e., flooding their server with so much bogus traffic that it impeded their availability and responsiveness:
