I have just started using e Junkie and I have just tested my e shop. Is it normal for a 45.8 MB MP3 file to take between 1 and 2 hours to download? The bundle I'm selling has seven files of this size which would therefore take about a day to download.

It appears you're having us pull your files from a Remote Product File URL, so bear in mind the earliest downloads would be served from our Tucson datacenter at a throttled speed until we can get a copy of those files synced to our Amazon S3 provisions, from which all future downloads would then be served for the best possible performance. You can jumpstart this cache-and-sync process by issuing yourself a free test link for each file and performing a test download to completion.
