List "discount" on a web forum

I want to offer a discount code for one of my products. I want to list this "discount" on a web forum and have people email me to get the code so they can then go to my site and enter it for the product purchase. What would be the best way to do this?

You can create discount for each product in the product configuration or you can create a cart discount which will work for the complete order in E-junkie Seller Admin > Cart Discounts.
