Linking Question

I'm brand new(just uploaded my first product). Sorry if this is a newbie question, but...



I'm wondering about linking on social networking sites. I did read the facts, and I see how I can link to the specific listing page on E-Junkie. However, I don't want to do that -- I want to link directly to the Paypal login page. I just tried it, and it appears to be working. How I get that page URL, is I went to my own listing, and clicked the buy-it-now button to go to Paypal login page. Then, I just copied URL in browser. I just created an ad on a site, and all seems well -- when I click on the link, it shows my Paypal payment email correctly. I just thought I would check in to make sure that won't cause any issues with ebook delivery. Thanks for any help.

You could copy the href= URL from your E-junkie button code, as explained here:

Using an Add to Cart button URL would bring up an E-junkie Cart for the buyer, so they could click the PayPal checkout button there. A Buy Now button would bypass the cart and take buyers directly to instant checkout on PayPal's site for just one item at a time, but this also means that Buy Now buttons cannot use some of our features that depend on the cart:

I appreciate your help, but that's what I'm saying -- I did read the fact section (and am wondering if the way I did it will hamper automatic book delivery). What I need is one link with no javascript or html, and in the place I'm selling, they won't let me link to E-Junkie. This might be easier if you see what I'm saying.

It links to e-junkie, but at least just to cart -- so, they may be okay with it. It doesn't look like there is any other way, is there? Does the above link look like it will work? Sorry I'm a pest, just want to make sure I get this right...

That link is functional, it opens our cart in a new window and will allow your buyers to checkout from there. It won't cause any problems with delivery after the order or anything.



But if the site you are using will not allow you to link to E-junkie that may still be a problem as far as their terms of service are concerned even if the link is functional. You might want to check with them and show them the link to be sure everything is okay as far as they are concerned.
