Issue free download to bulk email list?

I presented at a conference yesterday and wish to gift each attendee a copy of my e-book.
At this stage, I need to process each request individually (i.e. set up and authorise 100 complimentary downloads) OR ..... is there a way to send a copy by somehow entering the 100 emails (from excel) and them receiving a complimentary download in one transaction? TIA, Jo
