Once my customer checks out, I would like for there to be an option for them to print out a pre paid lable. (Free for them). How can I do this?

Our system doesn't have any built-in way to accomplish that, but perhaps you could use our Integration feature to send the buyer's order data to a custom script that would generate the label and email them a link to bring it up in a browser where they could print it out:
