I need to be able to invoice my customers once they determine the products, quantity, etc they want to purchase from me. Due to extremely complicated shipping costs (heavy and oversized products), I do not want my customers to be taken to any of e-junkie's payment options (Paypal, google checkout, etc).

I will first need to determine the correct shipping for all items and then I will invoice them for those products. Is this something that e-junkie can do?

Please advise. Thank you.

While we do not support taking online orders that do not proceed directly to online checkout, you could at least take cart orders and payments for the fixed cost of the goods themselves, and then afterward make separate arrangements for shipping payment once the actual transit costs have been settled. You could even create a special product to accept these a'la carte shipping payments after the main order, where you would send the buyer a Buy Now button link with your final shipping amount encoded into the URL itself, so all they'd need to do is click that link and proceed to checkout for their actual shipping charges. Of course, you would need to be very clear that actual shipping charges are not included in the original order total and would be charged separately afterwards.
