Hi E-junkie, A heads up that from January 1st 2012, Irish VAT will increase from 21 to 23%, so I don't have to pay the VAT man the extra 2% from my own pocket. Sean
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We do try to keep tabs on VAT rate adjustments proactively, but it's always nice to get a heads-up. :^)

Development updated the Irish VAT rate a few hours ago. :^) That seems to be the only change to EU VAT rates for 2012 effective currently.
Cool. Yeah, it's great being in the PIIGS making the Euro go belly up. (Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Greece and Spain if you're wondering what PIIGS is). Our Glorious economy!
