Is there a way to view the IP address for previous download attempts. I know in the transaction log it will show the last IP, but I'd like to be able to see if previous attempts were from the same IP.

We only log the IP of the last download attempt; we don't keep a running log of all download attempts. It's quite common to purchase from one IP but download from another -- e.g., purchasing at work or at a cafe to download at home later, or vice-versa.
