I would like to be able to offer interest-free financing to my customers for higher priced products for a specified period of time. I use PayPal Website Payments Pro and I know PayPal has an option for eBay sellers called "Buyer Credits", but it doesn't seem to be available outside of eBay. Basically, I just want to offer customers the ability to apply for a credit card with an introductory rate of some sort and then have their purchase automatically put on that card. Does anyone know of any options like this?

There are numerous Creditcard Providers out there where you can get an interest-free financing for a limited time as part of new customer offers. As far as i know the Ebay/Paypal branded Visa/Master-cards in some regions offer this right now. Usually they offer up to 6 months of interest-free partial payments, but then charge high amounts after that period is over. But it might be better for you to provide affiliate links to normal credit cards, since they pay really a lot for new customers that come over such hop links, often upto 75$. That is the way most price comparison sites work. Though I think there is no "automatic" way to have the purchase billed on the new card, customers usually have to enter it manually since it takes some time to issue and deliver the card.
