I am launching a new site using WordPress and a membership script. The membership script adds users once payment has been completed through PayPal and emails users their login information. I currently have a lot of affiliates through e-junkie, and want referrals to my new site to be tracked even though the product will be downloaded inside the member area, not from e-junkie.

So is it possible to somehow add the additional PayPal IPN info to the e-junkie buy now button to trigger both the e-junkie shopping cart and also return the information to my membership script once payment has been made? Again, there will not be an actual download from e-junkie, I just want to track affiliate referrals via e-junkie.

You may be able to use our Integration feature to send a PayPal-style IPN to your membership script, assuming your script doesn't need to validate the IPN with PayPal (which would fail, since we are not PayPal, and we already validate the original IPN with PayPal anyway) and if it can handle or ignore some extra data fields we add to the standard IPN data set -- see full details on this help page:

Adventus,

I'm working on the same issue.

I've discovered the Member Wing is a WordPress plugin that integrates "out of the box" with ejunkie, although I haven't purchased and tested it (it doesn't have enough levels of membership to suit my needs).

You may want to take a look at that.

I'm using Digital Access Pass actually. I've been very impressed with it thus far. I really don't need e-junkie integration necessarily, because DAP has built-in affiliate management. But my current affiliates are all via e-junkie on another site, so I thought I might try to integrate the two.

I was going to look over DAP. My first glance was impressive, but I'd like ejunkie integration. I need to take another look at DAP.

A new version of DAP is scheduled to be released within a week. It supposedly has a new user interface, which will be great.

DAP is remarkably full-featured for the cost. And support has been very prompt and helpful. I tend to break things easily doing custom integrations, and they've been very helpful.

It takes a little while to learn everything it can do, but once you get it figured out, it's a great membership script. If you decide to get it, I have a buddy who can save you 30% or so since he's a reseller.

I think I'm sold. Would you mind providing a link to your buddy. Email me if you like at garysmith AT wells-smith DOT com.

Thanks!
