i tried to follow the steps on setting up my account, god knows how many i've done on this n paypal's site..probably more than i suppose to. So...How do i know if mine is ready? is there a way for me to test to see if a transaction can go through or not? if not, how can i find out which part i'm missing or doing wrong? thanks any help would greatly appreciated
