we have multiple websites and each has a different PayPal account. We are trying to consolidate them in to one to simplify our lives a bit but I need to know if we can integrate multiple websites with PayPal Pro. Is that possible?

That is certainly possible. You can use E-junkie buttons from one E-junkie account on any number of sites you want.
