We respond to all support inquiries within 24 hours; thank you for your patience.

When I try activating the Redirect for any of your recent test transactions, I only get redirected to http://enter-system.com/ -- and that only displays this message:

Sorry!

There is no page under this address.

It appears then that either you have entered your Redirect URL incorrectly, or if that's good, then perhaps that provider does not allow being redirected to, in which case you would need to inquire with them about that matter. We are redirecting to whatever URL you have specified, so if they are not responding to the Redirection as expected, that is out of our hands.

nes, you have query string in your URL which is causing the issue.

can you use a URL on your end without the query string?.. like you can use URL rewriting on your end to avoid having to use query string.

Nevermind, we've changed the code to accommodate the existing parameters in the URL. Your link is working now.

Nes, this is working on our end. If you post your link, I can see what's going wrong

POSTED ON: September 22, 2008 @ 16:44 GMT -7

hi tyson

im with this post over 24 Hr

please help

Hi Eshef

can you set up my 2 item to work like you did before- see in the post above

thanks

The problem is not on our end, so we have nothing "broken" that needs to be "fixed".

The problem is that your provider apparently cannot handle/ignore GET parameters being appended to the end of their URLs, which we do for all redirections, so their server gets confused when we perform the Redirect to your URL.

You need to contact Enter-System.com support and ask them to upgrade their system to ignore GET parameters appended to the end of their URLs.

hi again

itruely understand that your rediection is woeking as i test it on other pages but still cant you help me you have done it before and it workrd fine after you took care of it - please

when you arange it for me i will buy your service

In past what we helped you with was by adding the ability to support redirection URLs with query strings.

This time, the issue is with your URL/hosting provider .. when we append our query string to the URL, your URL breaks. This is something you/your hosting provider needs to fix.

thanks for the help but im redircting to the same hosting provider and allmost to the same page

Essentially, the issue this time is the reverse of what the issue was last time. The issue was at our end last time, so we fixed it, and it remains fixed; this time the issue is at your provider's end, so they need to fix that.

Last time, you wanted to redirect to a URL that had its own GET parameters (query strings) appended to the end. This is when you see ?name=value&name2=value2&...etc... on the end of a URL, which your Redirect URL required last time. Our system did not support that at the time, but we fixed things at our end, so we could handle it then and still do.

This time, your Redirect URL has no GET query string parameters of its own, but our system always appends such parameters containing the order data to the end of all Redirect URLs. We are performing the Redirect correctly, but this time your provider is the one having the problem handling our parameters added to the end of their URL, so they need to update their system to ignore any unrecognized parameters added the end of their URL.

This is really a "good housekeeping" thing they should do anyway as a matter of course, which is why we've never encountered this problem before, as most providers already do this inherently. I would suggest directing their attention to this forum thread, so they'll understand the issue as described here and know what they need to fix at their end.
