Can anyone assist with the following?



In IE7/8 adding items to cart seems to drop the previous item resulting in a empty cart on checkout.

When I disable scripts in IE and forces the new window rather than the modal it does not error out. I did have to customize part of the cart to show a disclaimer on checkout and this then disappears when scripts disabled. Could this customization be the problem?

Cart customization (such as your disclaimer) only works with the overlay-style cart, not with the "fallback" version of the cart that appears as a popup window if javascript is disabled.
