I will need to track payments from the customers of say three different people. So do you know how I would identify which persons customer paid?

Split payments with our cart (or any other that works with Google Checkout and PayPal) are not possible.
However, you can use our integration features http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.integration.php) if you need your database updated for each sale and then you can track anything (like how much you owe your vendors/partners) you want on your end.
