Hi,



I need to download the uploaded pdf file for one of my products. But the only option I see is to overwrite the current file. I no longer have a local copy of my own product and really need this. How can I download it?



BTW I can't just download a free copy for myself because each copy is stamped. I need the stamp-free original PDF.



At the very least I need to be able to copy a current product to make a new 'buy now' button. But it does need to be listed separately as another product. I can't create new product because I don't have the original file, and I can't copy from an existing listing because there's no option to do this, just edit a current product.

You can temporarily disable PDF Stamping for your product, then send yourself a free download link for that product, then re-enable PDF Stamping:



Click View/Edit/Delete Products;

Select the product and click Edit;

Click Next until you see the Payment Variable Information URL;

Copy that URL and paste it somewhere else temporarily (such as a Notepad window);

Click Back until you return to the first screen of the product's settings;

Un-check "Send transaction data to a URL";

Click Next until you can Submit the changes;

Return to Seller Admin.



Click Send Free Download Link / Code;

Select the product and send yourself a free link;

Return to Seller Admin.



Click View/Edit/Delete Products;

Select the product and click Edit;

Checkmark "Send transaction data to a URL";

Click Next until you see the Payment Variable Information URL field;

Copy that URL from where you'd temporarily pasted it and repaste that into the Payment Variable Information URL field;

Click Next until you can Submit the changes;

Return to Seller Admin.
