I am unable to use my account. I had been emailing back and forth with my problem, which is the "This product is not eligible for reomtely hosted files" error. Then the emails stopped. I had sent several emails, to no avail. I sent an email BEGGING somoene to get back to me - literally BEGGING, as I am so far behind. Finally, after SIX days, someone gets back to me.

In my orignal emails, I had clearly stated that the price of the item was 0.10. So, now the person gets back to me and what do they say? "make sure that the Min. Price is at least 0.10."

Are you kidding me? This is what I waited six days for? Now what - I should wait another six days for someone to get back to me with another solution? I asked if there were somewhere I could call, so I can get someone on the phone, and talk to a live person - that request was IGNORED.

This after my thread on this forum was ignored; my questions in that thread remain unanswered.

I do not know how else to do this - so I will resort to begging. PLEASE can someone PLEASE HELP ME??!?!? Please.

Hm, I don't think that other thread Recordguy linked is relevant to this issue (but thx anyway! :^), but I think we've already replied to you by email, Jeff?

At any rate, there's a slight glitch with setting up a product that uses both a Remote Product File URL and Variants, where you need to set up the product's settings in a certain order. Before enabling Variants, you'd first need to set the price (or Min. Price if you're also using "Let buyer edit price") to at least 0.10, and THEN you can enable Variants, and of course make sure each Variant has a price of at least 0.10 as well. In case you're curious, this page explains why we require a minimum price on products using Remotely Hosted Downloads:

I am having the same problem, i just want to demo the external hosing feature with a smaller file... does it only support certain file types, or sizes, I keep getting the same error message as the above guy, even when i set the price etc.....

It appears you're still in your initial free trial period, so the Remotely Hosted Downloads feature will not work until you start a subscription at $18/mo or higher. We do offer a 30-day money back guarantee, so if you start your subscription to test that feature and eventually conclude E-junkie won't suit your needs, we'd be glad to refund your payment.
