I created a table for shipping rates using the discount method, but i don't want the cart to show it as a discount, b/c i think customers would be confused. how can i do that so that the discount automatically just shows in the shipping?

"Guest User," I thought my checkout was looking kinda funky for reasons similiar to what you list - until I set "applies to" to "shipping" on the Admin > Edit E-Junkie Cart Discounts page. Not sure if that helps, but thought I'd toss it out there.
