If your account took advantage of the PayPal special offer for three free months of service the option to use other payment processors has been disabled. You can only use PayPal with that particular account.

By "unrestricted" we meant that during your free trial period you can create an unlimited number of products, use an unlimited amount of download-storage space, make unlimited sales, and issue an unlimited number of downloads. I have updated our PayPal special-offer page to make this clearer.



Our agreement with PayPal requires us to limit payment options to PayPal services only for sellers taking advantage of this special offer. If you wish to use our other payment options such as Google Checkout, we can remove the PayPal promo from your account. To confirm your identity and attend to this request, we would need your E-junkie account password, or your original activation code would suffice if you still have your original "Account information" email from us; just include that information in a reply to the last email we sent you on this matter.

I'm not particularly happy with that since It wasn't previously disclosed but have no other choice in order to give more confidence to my customers with multiple payment options.

Do I need to give up both? 3 months free & 50% off or just the first one.

Although our partnership agreement with PayPal requires that the offer for a 50% discount and 3 months free remain exclusive to PayPal-only accounts, we're willing to work with you in light of the misunderstanding. I have already followed up with you via email, so we can continue the discussion there as necessary.
