What are the parameters to add at the end of my Affiliate Link to track subids?

Unfortunately at present we have no way to support sub-IDs.

What method would you recommend to track where the conversion came from? (other than signing up for a new account)

Unfortunately we have no built-in way for affiliates to track the origin of their conversions, but having separate accounts could work. To receive commission pay-outs to the same PayPal account, you can add a Confirmed secondary email to your PayPal account to use as the PayPal Email for each additional E-junkie account.
