I figured it out!

I did it correctly but needed to wait until your website updated and now it shows.

Next question.

when i registered for someone else's program, they also said i needed to go to paypeopleonline.com and set up a W-9 form.

Do i need to have my affiliates do that also??

First, just in case you haven't reviewed these yet, we have help pages explaining all aspects of our affiliate system from the merchant's and their affiliates' perspectives:

I found this page explaining the purpose and requirements of IRS Form W-9 and the related Form 1099-MISC:

Does e-junkie not issue 1099s? I am doing my taxes and they are asking about the payers ID, address etc. Any idea how income from here should be reported?

E-junkie does not handle any actual payment funds at any point -- neither checkout payments from buyers to sellers, nor commission payouts from merchants to their affiliates -- so we would not be responsible for filing any Form 1099 to report payment of such funds. If you're an affiliate, you may need to file a W-9 with each merchant who has paid you affiliate commissions in order to obtain a 1099-MISC from them reporting those commissions, though I think this may only be required for merchants who have paid you more than $600 in the past year.
