Our new-style sale notification email (Subject: You had a Sale) is the only one we send to newer accounts like yours, so disabling that should disable sending you any sale notifications at all.
If you also have an older account receiving our old-style sale notification email (Subject: E-junkie Notification - Sale), we'd need to disable that manually for you from our end. In this case, sign into that account and then use our contact form here to request that we disable those notifications for you as well.
