How to add a 2nd Clickbank id to E Junkie

I have 3 different ID's (nicknames) at Clickbank as I need different pitch pages for my products. I don't see how I can make my new ebook affiliated with my 2nd account at Clickbank. The clickbank id I have listed in my profile is for my first ebook. Can someone help? Thanks.

Each E-junkie account can only be associated with one ClickBank account. You will need to start a second E-junkie account if you want to have your products affiliated with different Clickbank accounts.
