Hi,

I want to change to a different PayPal email to make my subscription payments to e-junkie. I found that I have to cancel my current e-junkie subscription & start a new one, based on the info from this thread from Jun 2008:

"If you cancel your subscription, your product configs and service will remain active thru the end of your currently-paid term; you would have until then to select a new subscription plan, and you would not be charged under the new plan until that date."

Okay...but I have 20 digital products uploaded. Do I have to reload them all and change all of the payment codes on my websites? I want to be able to just transfer all of the uploaded products to the new account -- is that possible, and if so, how?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, you would need to cancel your subscription and start a new one, but don't worry; you aren't actually canceling your E-junkie account, just your payment plan for that account.

After you cancel the original subscription, your service would remain fully functional through the end of your currently-paid term (March 12th for you, according to our records), so you'd have until then to restart a new subscription plan from the same E-junkie account and keep all your existing settings and products. Regardless of when you start the new subscription, your first payment would be deferred until that next due date.

This page gives more detailed, step-by-step instructions:

Okay -- so my account login and password stay the same, I cancel the existing subscription and my account is still active -- and as long as I start a new payment method within my account before the due date, my digital inventory stays with my account.

Got it! Not sure why that wasn't clear to me before, but thanks!
