We do not have any way to track affiliate link click-throughs. You might instead view/download your full affiliate list (Seller Admin > View/Edit Affiliates) and compare that to affiliates who are actually earning commissions -- see your monthly masspay.txt commission report, or your Transaction Log if you want to view commissions earned prior to last month.
E.g., you might download your txn log for the last 6 months, open that in a spreadsheet program and sort by the Affiliate Email column to see who referred the most sales conversions, then cross-reference that to Affiliate Emails in your full list of affiliates to see who hasn't been converting very many sales.
