How can I test the page to make sure it's working properly?

A test purchase would allow you to test whether or not your page is able to call up the download links we generate in an IFRAME, you don't need to make a paid purchase for this kind of test, a free product or a 100% test discount would do the trick.
I just sent a free download link to myself and when I clicked on the link it did not take me to my page.
Any idea where I might be going wrong?
