Hi! I need help with applying Paypal Discounts to my E-Junkie shopping cart... There seems to be no problem in creating the discount in my E-Junkie admin page and copying the discount code into my Wordpress website, but the problem comes when I try to plug the discount in while making a purchase - the discount doesn't get applied. For example, I would like to offer free shipping to customers who order items in bulk. I've tried doing this with and without a discount code... I've also tried it with a "buy now" button and with an "add to cart" button, and have found the "add to cart" button to be appropriate for bulk items - but still, the discount doesn't get applied! I've also tried setting min/max quantities v. leaving those fields blank. None of these efforts seems to get my discount to actually work. Any suggestions?

Bear in mind that discounts you set up in our system can only be applied before checkout, not during checkout on PayPal's site. Your standard E-junkie Cart buttons will support all our discount settings, and the cart will automatically show a Discount Code field when the buyer's order or any item in their cart may be eligible for such a discount.



Buy Now buttons can only use product-specific Discount Codes (not discounts for All Cart Items nor no-code automatic discounts) which have no qualifying conditions or limitations, and this requires using a special version of the Buy Now code -- see further details here:
