I am trying to offer a package with 2 ebook downloads.

I worked thru the steps suggested in the help section.

Which was to ~

Add and upload each individual files and/or redirections as separate products by going to Seller Admin > Add Product. You can get Add to Cart or Buy Now buttons which you can use to sell these individual products separately;

Create another product entry for your package product by going to Seller Admin > Add Product. Enable the option to Package files from other products / Affect their inventory;

Select the other products which already have Single File Download or Redirection enabled, to have the Package product issue links for those files/redirections together as a bundle;

Obtain your Add to Cart or Buy Now button to sell this "bundled" package product on your Web site.

However when I test the link, it only downloads the second product.

Any ideas?

It appears your package-deal product only has one product's file selected, rather than both products' files. To fix this, just edit the bundle product and make sure both other products are selected (highlighted in grey) -- to select more than one item in the list, hold the Ctrl key (on PC) or Command key (on Mac) while you click on them.

OK, there has to be something simple that I am missing.

Because my first product (the main product) does not appear in the drop down area to chose from. There fore I cannot highlight it in gray.

The second product is there, and I have chose it.

I am doing this under the "Edit Product/ Product configuration" page, where I chose my first product, and opt to "package files from other products". From there a drop down appears for me to chose the second product which is to be bundled.

Strange, I was seeing two products listed in that menu when I checked into it yesterday, though only one of them was actually selected for the bundle product you'd created. Are you saying you saw only one product listed in the menu that appears when you checkmark "Package files from other products"?

You've added some more products since then, so now I'm not sure which product is meant to be the bundle vs. which ones are contributing files to that bundle, but bear in mind a product can either issue a file download of its own OR issue files uploaded to other products, but NOT both -- i.e., a product cannot issue a file uploaded to itself and also issue files uploaded to other products.
