When I click the google checkout button, I get this error message "bad username and/or password for API access". Please help me figure out what the problem is.

An update: We just applied my merchant ID and Key to a friend's website with E-Junkie and it worked. We have double checked all settings on my site, but we still get the error message. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Update again - problem solved! My friend applied his information to my website and it worked fine. Just out of curiosity, he applied my information back to my site and the google checkout now works. We have no idea what happened.

Glad to hear you got it sorted out; there's no way of knowing by now what might have been incorrect about the Merchant ID or Key you were using originally, perhaps a typo of some sort when you copied them over from GC.
