If I read the information correctly I need to have another service that allows me to have a website, right? I currently have a site that is hosted on DreamHost using Zen Cart which is open source software. The site has become infected, is down for maintenance, and I don't know if it can be salvaged in a cost effective way. I plan to stop using Zen Cart. So this has me looking at other options where I will not have to maintain site security through uploads and patches. In order to use E-Junkie it seems that I need to have my domain name, a host company plus some something to have a site. I assume that means going to yet another company. Am I duplicating steps? Can anyone recommend a company or steer me in the right direction? My site will need to be set up for both virtual and tangible items.
Just from looking in the forums it seems that a number of people who ask questions are setting up sites for their clients. That tells me they know something about how to do this. I know absolutely nothing about this and find it all very confusing. Can someone with not idea of how this works and no experiencing coding figure this out? Without any live customer service, either through live chat or a phone number, I am a bit concerned and would appreciate any input from experienced users.
Thanks!
