I have been using a program called ShipStation and I absolutely love it but they don't have integration with E-Junkie. It is a fantastic program other than that. I have suggested that they integrate with E-Junkie but they won't do it unless they see a demand. Check out their website http://www.shipstation.com/ and let them know that there may be interest in integrating with E-Junkie!

If they support PayPal IPN (which I think they do), they've already done most or even all of the work required to support our custom/third-party Integration feature, which is designed to mimic the format of PayPal IPN:

As an alternative, I know that EasyE-junkie has developed a way to integrate E-junkie with ShipWorks and Amazon Fulfillment:

They do support PayPal. I tried telling them that but I was talking to a customer service rep and not a developer... I don't think she got it.

I eventually dropped Authorize.net and just switched to Payflow Payments Pro through Paypal. The experience is the same for our customers, I save a little extra money and all our orders automatically go into the shipping program.
It turned out to be such a simple solution... I wish I had thought of it sooner and saved myself a big headache!
