Since I started using e-junkie, my orders in Google Checkout are being put into the Google Checkout Order Archive instead of staying in the Inbox until I move them over to Archive. This has caused some confusion as my office manager doesn't see the orders (since she is used to them being in the Inbox). Is there a setting to change this? Thanks.Janice
Please consult Google Checkout's help pages/forums or support staff for any questions you may have about managing your account at their end, as we have no influence over the archiving issue you described.
Thanks for replying.I will consult with Google Checkout support but the reason I am appealing to e-junkie is that this never happened until we enabled the e-junkie integration with Google Checkout. -Janice
When I mark get address they do not automatically go to archive.I think because if you dont get the address it is automatically marked shipped and sent to archive, where as if you get the address it is not.
Ah, and there is also a setting in your E-junkie Seller Admin > Payment Preferences to "Only Authorize" payments without charging them right away, so you can choose when to actually charge them manually from your payment processor account.
