Get customers accept terms & conditions?

Hiya. Is there a way to add a required tickbox to the shopping cart to get customers accept my terms and conditions before they checkout? Thank you.

We don't have a built-in or standard method for that, but you might want to take a look at the custom solution this merchant added to their own E-junkie buttons, maybe contact them for any tips they can offer to explain how they did it:
