Future REQ: Add 'Empty Cart' button in cart page

Hopefully there will be this feature to dump the cart if needed.

Actually no! we don't really want to make it easy for a potential buyers to accidentally dump the cart.



I guess you only find yourself in the need of that feature when you are testing the cart
